Bald Head Coffee Tea & Coffee subscription is available as a bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly subscription service. You make your selection and click on over 75 Bald Head Coffees, Teas, Pods, Cold Brew and iced tea sachets you wish to receive, how often you want to receive them, and we do the rest! Going out of town ? you can pause the service and resume at any time.
You must subscribe to our email to access your account and pause and swap items.

How do I join Roast & Steep?
- Click on the whole roast coffee or natural tea of your choice in our Shop.
- Select the “Subscribe and Save” option.
- Decide how often you want to receive your coffee or tea.
- Add it to your cart.
- Add as many coffees and teas to your Roast & Steep Subscription as you would like.
- Go to “Cart” in the top right corner and check out.
How often will I get new coffee beans and teas?
Say when! You choose how often you’d like to receive your Roast & Steep subscription. While we offer several options (twice a month, monthly, or every other month), the ball is in your court for which frequency works best to receive your whole roast coffee beans and natural teas.
Can I adjust and swap my Roast & Steep subscription once I set it?Can I pause my Roast & Steep subscription?
Sure thing. Whether you set a monthly subscription and want to adjust the frequency to bi-weekly, or want to switch to different flavors, or need to revise your payment method, it’s easy to do. Just log into your account at the top right of the screen and modify as needed. If you’d like a little extra guidance doing so, our customer service team is happy to help by contacting us via email at email@example.com. If you want to add to your subscription you need to create a second order as the system only allows to swap the same quantity of items and selection type in your cart.
Once again, yes! Click “Login/Account” in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you have an active subscription you will see your up next order date listed beneath the "My Subscription" tab. Click "Change order date" to pause your next order. This is a great option if you’re going out of town for a while or just overstocked on coffee beans.
